Wednesday — Antiques and Rewrites

I have a steady reminder of my screenwriting goals which have fallen wayside to exercise and extra money making opportunities, and I desire for those ambitions not to get too far away from me.

Not for the money in the festival businesses, but for the festival submissions being everything I work for them to be in a presentational form. I would like the respect and the comradeship to work from peers.

Yesterday was a rough day emotionally, despite the lay back down time; push-ups in the park, there is no joy for me in seeing a scenario with no light at the end of the tunnel; and while it is interesting to see a legal exception; it is a long way until the rules reflect them. Making the effort does matter though.

Hopefully the time at the antique shop will go by quickly, and the picture taking will be smoothly. I look forward to writing this evening and tracking some progress.
